Mô tả công việc
- As Grove's Business Development Intern (BDI), you will report to the Senior Business Development Executive, and your primary responsibility will be to bring in new business from prospecting.
Key responsibilities:
- Keep our customer database updated and keeps track of our sales funnel
- Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and other teams to produce materials to present to customers (presentations, quotations, etc.)
- Join customer calls to get feedback on our product and work with the Product team to accelerate our improvements
- Interview customers to understand their pain points and personalize our sales pitch to sell our solution
